Eagle Wing Media Company LLC, publisher of Oregon Men’s Health Guide, wants you to be satisfied with anything you buy directly from us. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on oregonmenshealthguide.com.
Physical products (apparel, merch, supplements sold direct)
- Return window: 30 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Supplements and consumables must be unopened and factory-sealed.
- Refund method: Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@oregonmenshealthguide.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
Digital products and downloads
Digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, courses, premium content) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
Newsletter subscriptions and free content
Our newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Items purchased from affiliate partners
Many products we recommend on the Site are sold by third-party retailers through affiliate links (for example, Amazon). When you buy from those retailers, your purchase is governed by their return and refund policies—not ours. Eagle Wing Media Company LLC cannot process refunds, exchanges, or replacements for those orders. Please contact the retailer directly.
